Can't upload an audio profile

Hello. I've been trying to upload a new audio profile, but I keep getting an error
message saying to contact the admin. I'm sure the file I'm trying to upload is
the right length (less than 30 seconds) and im MP3 format. I'm using a Macbook
Air. Can anyone help me? Thanks!
